Synthesis and Characterization of Nanohybrids from Polyimide and Organosilica having Various Precursors of different Chainlength |
초록 |
Hybrid organic-inorganic materials have become an expanding field of research as the introduction of organic molecules can improve the characteristics of a matrix. Among these materials, polyimide-silica materials have become increasingly studied. In polyimide-silica composites prepared via a sol-gel process, silica particles are dispersed in a polyimide matrix. PI/silica hybrids have been prepared using precursors which can provide chemical bonding between the organic and the inorganic phase. In this work, PI/silica hybrid composites were prepared from organosilicas having various precursors of different chainlength. PI was prepared from PMDA and ODA. Nanohybrids of this polyimide and organosilica having various precursors of different chainlength were prepared using an in situ sol-gel reaction and multistep curing. The characteristics of these polyimide-silica hybrids have been studied by UTM ,TGA, DMA, IR-spectra and UV-vis spectra. |
