제목 Fast response of the diffraction efficiency in photopolymer prepared by sol-gel process
초록 Photopolymer (PP) systems have attracted much attention in recent years since they proved to be promising materials systems for holographic data storage and display applications, etc.
Among many kinds of fabrication method for PP samples, organic and inorganic hybrid materials prepared through sol-gel process can be accounted to be attractive due to simple and easy method. Compared to organic polymeric systems, it can be prepared by simple hydrolysis and condensation process at a relatively low temperature using the functionalized silanes and various kinds of guest molecules. In this study, we prepared three new photopolymer binders using the silicon trialkoxide derivatives with different number of functionality. The other additive compounds used for the preparation of the photopolymer film samples were tri-functional acrylate manomer, hexaarylimidazole analogue and 2,6-bis(4’-diethylaminobenzylidene)cyclopentanone (DEAW) already known in the literature. We studied the diffraction properties of the gratings fabricated in our photopolymer systems, which were investigated by real-time optical recording.
