제목 Synthesis and Properties of UV-curable Organic-Inorganic Hybrid Polyurethane Coatings with Different Isocyanates
초록 UV-curable organic-inorganic hybrid polyurethane coatings were synthesized with different isocyanates. In this study, HDI(hexamethylene diisocyanate) and IPDI(Isophorone diisocyanate) were used as isocyanate which affect to properties of hardness, flexibility, etc. PDMS, as inorganic polyol influence to coatings in terms of surface free energy and heat resistance. The synthesis was monitored by FT-IR. To evaluate the effect of different isocyanate type, pendulum hardness, photo-DSC, TGA were measured. Surface free energy was analyzed by a goniometer to check the PDMS's effect.
