제목 Highly Efficient Perovskite Solar Cells Employing Novel Polymeric Hole Transporting Material
초록 Mixed perovskites, such as CH3NH3PbI3-xClx, display a long electron diffusion length and a high light absorption profile. As a result, these materials show promise for achieving a high photovoltaic performance in a very thin layered device. Spiro-MeOTAD, the most common HTM employed in this field showed high photovoltaic performances. However, spiro-MeOTAD has some problems such as high cost due to complicated synthetic route. Here, we introduced new polymeric HTM and achieved high power conversion efficiency.
