The effect of surface modification on the thermal conductivities of epoxy composites filled with single-walled carbon nanotube(SWNT) |
초록 |
The thermal conductivities of epoxy/SWNTs were fabricated by using different epoxy resins which are bisphenol A (DGEBA) and F (DGEBF).The functionalized SWNTs composite showed more enhanced dispersion ability than untreated SWNTs composite. Thermal conductivities of each composite were measured as a function of SWNTs concentration. As expected, thermal conductivity was improved with increasing of filler concentration. Also, amino functionalized SWNTs showed more enhanced thermal conductivity compared with acid treated and pristine SWNTs. |
