제목 고압압송식 분체 수송장치에서 미분탄의 수송특성
초록 The objective of this study is investigating the pneumatic conveying characteristics of pulverized coal in a pressurized state, especially in a dense phase. Pneumatic conveying experiments are performed with pulverized coal particles in which mass percentage of the particles with -200 mesh is above 80%. Theoretical and experimental results for the friction factor and pressure loss are compared. Konno and Saito model for solid friction factor showed good agreement with experiment in dilute phase but in dense phase pressure drop calculation model suggested by Welschof appeared to be more appropriate. Particle velocity calculation model was also used to improve the calculation result.
