제목 초임계 이산화탄소와 메탄올을 이용한 Dimethyl Carbonate 합성에 대한 염기촉매의 영향
초록 The synthesis of dimethyl carbonate(DMC) from methanol and supercritical carbon dioxide over various basic catalysts was studied in the batch reactor. Compounds of group Ι elements(Li, Na, K) with/without γ-Al2O3 support were used as basic catalysts. The promoter and dehydrating agent were also used to enhance the yield of DMC. By-products such as dimethyl ether(DME) and C1-C2 hydrocarbons as well as DMC were formed in this reaction system. The yield of DMC with different alkali mtal catalysts ranks in the following oder: K>Na>Li. The DMC synthesis depends on CO32- ions rather than OH- ions. The yield of DMC over unsupported catalysts was higher than that over alumina supported catalysts. The maximum DMC yield reached up to 12mole% in the presence of K2CO3(catalyst), CH3I(promoter) and 2,2-dimethoxypropane(dehydrating agent) at 130-140 ℃, 200bar.
