제목 Triboelectric Wearable Sensors Based on Sewing Machine Stitching of Polyvinylidene Fluoride Fibers
초록 In this work, self-powered triboelectric wearable sensors have been demonstrated with polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) fibers stitched on the fabric by a sewing machine for the first time. With the high mechanical properties of as-spun PVDF fiber, it is able to utilize a sewing machine for the stitching of PVDF fibers. Remarkable triboelectric signals can be obtained due to the opposing surface charges of PVDF stitches and commercial fabrics. Besides, these stitching sensors are lightweight, wearable as well as comfortable thanks to the all-stitched structures. With this facile approach, it is capable of fabricating the smart sensors for the detection and discrimination of diverse hand gestures and body motions. Moreover, it is capable of monitoring the pulse signal in real time. This work provides the feasible approach of the wearable sensor by sewing machine stitching of PVDF fiber for detection of human biomechanical movements as well as health monitoring.
