Dielectric and Piezoelectric Properties of Li-doped Lead-free 0.79(Na0.5Bi0.5)TiO3 - 0.14(K0.5Bi0.5)TiO3 - 0.07BaTiO3 Ceramics |

The crystalline structures and surface morphologies of lead-free 0.79(Na0.5Bi0.5)TiO3-0.14[(K0.5-xLix)Bi0.5]TiO3-0.07BaTiO3 (x = 0.1, 0.2, 0.25, 0.3, 0.4) ceramics prepared by conventional process for different lithium substitutions are investigated by X-ray diffraction method (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Dielectric and piezoelectric measurements have been performed. With the increasing of lithium substitution, the Curie temperature of BNT-BKLT-BT ceramics increases, but the maximum value of the dielectric constant decreases. And a relatively larger remnant polarization of 35.74 μC/cm2 has been found in the x = 0.4 sample. An optimized value of d33 (157 pC/N) has been obtained in the x = 0.3 sample. |
