제목 | Synthesis of MAX phase under molten flux for MXene colloidal dispersion |
초록 | MXene, a family of two-dimensional transition metal carbides, have recently been acknowledged as promising functional nano materials for optoelectronic applications. Compared to MXene such as Ti3C2Tx, which have been investigated intensively for the metallic conductivity combined with thehydrophilic surface functional groups, the importance of the precursor MAX phase properties have been underestimated. The effect of various molten flux conditionson the produced MAX phase were evaluated focusing on phase purity, crystal size, and morphology. Finally MXene colloidal dispersions were prepared by etching and exfoliation of the as-prepared MAX phase. |
