제목 Synthesis of Acrylonitrile-based Block copolymer Prepared by a Reversible Addition-Fragmentation Chain Transfer Polymerization
초록 The reversible addition-fragmentation chain transfer (RAFT) polymerization has been known as useful method for the preparation of a well-defined polymeric structure. In this study, the RAFT polymerization of acrylonitrile mediated by 4-(toluic acid) dithiobenzoate was applied to synthesized block copolymer. A linear increase in molecular weight with respect to conversion is observed, which indicates the polymerization is controlled. The properties of synthesized chain transfer agent and acrylonitrile based block copolymer were measured by GPC, NMR, and FT-IR.
