Conjugated molecules have attracted vast amount of attention over the past decades due to their great potential for use in organic electronic devices such as field-effect transistors. conjugated polymeric semiconductors enable the facile formation of films using solution deposition techniques. The solution processability of these materials can be adapted to the mass production of flexible, low-cost, large-area devices. Here, we report the synthesis of a new polymeric semiconductor a field-effect mobility achieved through intramolecular donor–acceptor interactions in a copolymer. |
