Polymer/Dye Bulk Heterojunction Photovoltaic Cells with Soluble Perylenebiscarboximide Derivatives. |
초록 |
Current progress for organic solar cells is mainly attributed to the bulk heterojunction structure, which enables an efficient charge separation due to the increased photoactive interface area of p-n junction. 3,4,9,10-Perylenebiscarboximide derivatives were known as a good electron acceptor but their poor solubility in common solvents mostly limit the usage of these material for layered devices with thermal deposition. In this work well soluble 3,4,9,10-Perylenebiscarboximide derivatives substituted with pyrrolidine or nitrile groups at [1,7] or [1,6] position were synthesized and their photovoltaic properties depend on the functional groups will be presented. |
