제목 Polymer/Dye Bulk Heterojunction Photovoltaic Cells with Soluble Perylenebiscarboximide Derivatives.
초록 Current progress for organic solar cells is mainly attributed to the bulk heterojunction structure, which enables an efficient charge separation due to the increased photoactive interface area of p-n junction. 3,4,9,10-Perylenebiscarboximide derivatives were known as a good electron acceptor but their poor solubility in common solvents mostly limit the usage of these material for layered devices with thermal deposition. In this work well soluble 3,4,9,10-Perylenebiscarboximide derivatives substituted with pyrrolidine or nitrile groups at [1,7] or [1,6] position were synthesized and their photovoltaic properties depend on the functional groups will be presented.
