제목 메톡시 폴리에틸렌글리콜-올리고펩타이드 복합체의 합성과 생리활성에 관한 연구 (Synthesis and biological activities of the methoxy polyethylene glycol and peptide complexes)
초록 In this study, methoxy poly ethylene glycol (mPEG) was conjugated to some known anti-wrinkle oligopepetide structures and then their solubility and physiological activity were investigated to develop new medicines and functional cosmetic materials.
First, some known anti-wrinkle oligopepetide structures such as tripeptide (Gly–His-Lys: GHK), pentapeptide (Lys–Thr–Thr–Lys–Ser: KTTKS), tripeptide-6 (Gly-Pro-Hyp: GPHyp) and hexapeptide (Glu–Glu–Met–Gln–Arg–Arg: EEMQRR) derivatives were linked to the resin by the solid phase peptide synthesis (SPPS). The longer chain of the amino acid sequence gave the lower yield.
