제목 Photo-patternable polyimide gate dielectrics with fluorine groups for stable and high performance organic field effect transistors.
초록 We fabricated bottom gate top contact Organic Field Effect Transistors(OTFTs) using a newly synthesized photo-patternable polyimide gate dielectrics containing fluorine groups. They are easily photo-patterned after UV exposure in vacuum environment. Incorporation of fluorine groups in polyimide backbone showed relatively low surface tension and therefore results in a large growth of pentacene grains on its surface, providing high performance OTFTs. Furthermore, hysteresis free transfer curves are obtained, which provided that charge trapping sites are reduced due to the inherent electrical stability of fluorine groups. High performance solution processible 5,11-Bis(triethylsilylethynyl)anthradithiophene based OTFTs are also investigated.
