제목 탄소나노튜브를 이용한 특정 단백질 검출 나노 바이오센서의 제작
초록 We have immobilized biotin molecules on the side wall of single wall carbon nanotube field effect transistor built on Si/SiO2 substrate. A polyethyleneimine (PEI) is used to attach biotin-succinimidylester molecules on the side wall of a single nanotube, and also employed to avoid nonspecific protein binding. To monitor biotein-streptavidin binding, we have used streptavidin coated microspheres that makes it possible to visualize by scanning electron microscope or AFM. Upon exposure to streptavidin solution, the single wall carbon nanotube field effect transistor has exhibited change of conductance.
