제목 | Preparation of biocompatible-particle for entrapment of durg and control of release profile. |
초록 | Hyaluronan is a component that existent naturally in all alive organism and distributed throughout various parts of human body such as neural, epithelial, connective tissues. HA is a one of the glycosaminoglycans, linked by alternative β-1,3 and β-1,4 glycosidic bonds between D-glucuronic acid and D-N-acetylglucosamine. HA is an inexpensive materials of extracellular matrix and acts as important role in proliferation, migration of cell and so on. HA has biocompatibility, low inflammation, biodegradability, etc. For these reasons, HA is used widely in various fields and especially applied in medical field. Here, biocompatible-particle is prepared to entrapment of drugs. We expect this particle could be applied to body by direct injection.
