A catalyst using N-heterocyclic carbene-Fe |
| 초록 |
The delay reaction catalyst was prepared successfully and used as a casting paint. However, the catalyst has some major issues due to the fast curing time and increases the temperature. To enhance the catalytic effect, Fe were introduced in the N-heterocyclic carbene-metal adduct selection by paint. The N-heterocyclic carbene- Fe catalyst has considerably enhances the delaying temperatures. In addition, the as-prepared catalyst has improved the curing time of polyurethane. The physicochemical characterization was analyzed by the SEM, XRD, FT-IR, EDX and the reaction possibility was measured through viscosity measurement. |
