제목 A Study on Synthesis of Environment-friendly Coating-sol by Acrylic Monomers Grafting to Starch
초록 Coating-sol was synthesized by emulison polymerization of acrylic monomers such as ethyl acrylate (EA), n-butylacrylate (n-BA), methyl methacrylate (MMA), acrylic acid (AA) with starch. The condition of coating-sol synthesized must be satisfied with the conditions such as low Tg, no tack and no crack after dring in the oven. In order to prevent the high viscosity during polymerization of starch-acrylic monomers, we used the enzyme. Even if the enzyme can carry out hydrolysis for α-1,4 glucoside and chang properties such as the viscosity and particle size, it doesn't affect the tack of polymer film. On the other hand, when the content of starch is increased , particle size and viscosity were increased due to -OH group of starch.
