Photocatalytic degradation of 4-chlorophenol with titanium dioxide using microreactor based on the inorganic polymer |
초록 |
We adopted inorganic ceramic precursor, allyhydropolycarbosilane, which can be cured by UV and heating by softlithography such as imprinting techniques. The dimensions of channel in microreactor were 100um of width, 40um of depth and 80mm of length. Model organic compound were 4-chlorophenol with concentration of 0.1 to 6mM in aqueous soluition. To evaluate performance of microreactor, batch experiments were performed under same UV exposure condition. Microreactor shows 800% of increment of conversion rate compare with batch reaction. |
