Properties of Polypropylene/PET/Inorganic fiber/Composites |

In this study, polypropylene(PP)/polyethyleneterephtalate(PET)/Inorganic fiber/compatibilizers composites were prepared by compression molding and properties of composites were studied. The compatibilizers were added to composites to increase compatibility between blend components. We compare the efficiency of compatibilizer for PP/PET blend and inorganic fiber for various compatibilizers. Mechanical properties of composites were examined using UTM and Izod impact tester. SEM pictures were taken to investigate the morphology of the composites. |
