Methacrylate modified polydimethylsiloxane was inserted to photopolymeric butyl acrylate/methyl methacrylate copolymer backbone to lower effectively surface free energy with small amounts. UV-curable monomers were added to control the viscosity. Surface hardness andSurface free energydecreased with small amount of PDMS due to its hydrophobicity. Linear shrinkage alsodecreased as increasing PDMS content. Adhesion strength was also measured for UV-cut edge protection system. |
