제목 In-situ Formation of Chalcogenide Line Patterns Driven by Phase Separation of Polymer/Precursors
초록 One dimensional inorganic nanowires have been massively researched and developed by various synthesizing methods. And many applications to transistors or sensors due to their high electrical performances have been achieved. Especially, metal and chalcogenide nanowires synthesized by solution process have attracted researchers in terms of easy experimental procedure, mass production, high aspect ratio and quality of them. However, alignment of chalcogenide nanowires has not been accomplished except using Langmuir-Blodgett or other soft lithographic approaching. In our work, facile and large scale-line patterns of a-Se were obtained by phase separation from polymeric liquid, but also chemical transformation of it was conducted by polyol process. High electrical conductivity of the Ag2Se line patterns will have potential to the electronic devices.
