Allylamine plasma treated Polystyrene surface for cell adhesion property |
초록 |
Allylamine was treated on the PS with various plasma parameters to observe the effect of cell attachment. Plasma diagnosis was done by Langmuir probe experiment. It was confirmed that chemical property of allylamine was reorganized by XPS analysis. Roughness of the treated PS was measured by AFM. When the plasma RF power increased, Roughness of treated PS was also increased. Wettability of allylamine treated PS surface(44°) was increased than that of untreated PS (88°). Cell adhesion effect of O2 and allylamine plasma treated PS was compared by cell counting and by inverted microscopy. Cell adhesion of allylamine plasma treated PS was better than O2 plasma treated PS. Because oxygen treated PS consisted of only carboxyl functional group but allylamine treated PS consisted of both carboxyl and amine group. Optimum condition of allyamine plasma for cell adhesion was 10 watt for 1min. |
