제목 All-Organic PNP (polyaniline-Nafion-polyaniline) Actuators
초록 Ionic-Polymer Metal Composite (IPMC) has been studied extensively for possibility of application to artificial muscle or sensitive actuators in MEMS or NEMS since report of Oguro’s group. Generally, IPMC is fabricated through electroless chemical plating of metals on both sides of ion exchange membrane like Nafion, this method has some problems such as ununiform electrode making. Furthermore, metal electrodes are easily cracked by bending motion. So, resolving these problems, we substituted the metal electrode by flexible conducting polymer, polyaniline (PANi). PANi used in this study was synthesized by self-stabilized dispersion polymerization method and has high electronic conductivity and mechanical properties.
