제목 Optical spectroscopy of charge carriers in aligned polythiophene field effect transistors using charge modulation
초록 We investigated charge carrier transport in polythiophene field effect transistors by modulating gate bias. Semiconducting polythiophene film was aligned uniaxially by zone-casting to study anisotropy of charge transport properties of parallel and perpendicular to polymer chain backbone. Optical anisotropy of neutral and charge induced absorption was examined to find out structure at the interface and bulk of aligned film. In addition, we detected different absorption peak at high charge carrier concentration which seems to represent other charge species. This work will provide more understanding of behavior of charge carrier in polymer field effect transistor.
