Alginate-based composites witn Nano-silver and anthocyanin |

Anthocyanin is natural dye with many characteristics such as anti-inflammatory property and antioxidant activity. In this study, we prepared the alginate-nanosilver-anthocyanin ( ANSA ) hybrid composites by synthesizing alginate, silver nanoparticles and anthocyanin. The characteristic of materials produced was examined by measurement of pro-inflammatory cytokine. We measured the generation rate of IL-1ß, IL-6, TNF-α. It is confirmed that ANSA hybrid composites have anti-inflammatory but ANSA hybrid composites show a low anti-inflammatory than alginate-anthocyanin. Also, we confirmed ANSA hybrid composite have antimicrobial activity by antimicrobial activity test. |
