Currently, the world of the dye market reached $16.2 billion, is showing the growth of the annual average of 3.9%.However, in the environmental pollution and safety problems, there is a tendency in demand for natural pigment is increased, which is usefully utilized in various fields. Therefore in this study, we are using RSM program Minitab to find the optimum conditions for Chromaticity Analysis. We choose color of red, yellow, green. And we evaluated the worthiness of materials selected by selecting the natural materials for these colors, select the variable to pH, temperature, found the correct range the dye extraction conditions. Materials include, natural substances, pH solution, an organic solvent, etc. use of these materials, run the dye extraction solvent extraction process to do for some time, and the final purpose of analyzing the chromaticity, chroma, and brightness to evaluate, analyze dye extracted worthiness of the MiniTab. |
