Carbon nanotube (CNT)-based transparent conductive coating technology has potential applications in the development of alternative electrode materials for touch panels and e-papers in display technologies, solar cells, flexible electronic devices, automobiles, and optical devices. Notably, the environmental stability is the most important factor for applications. In this study, we therefore tried to enhance the optoelectrical properties of transparent CNT-based conductive films by passivation with silane sols. Moreover, the doping effect on the stability of the films was also investigated. |
