Dispersion of carboxylated single-walled carbon nanotubes in ZnO sol and its films having high thermal stability and conductivity |
| 초록 |
The stable dispersion of SWCNTs functionalized with carboxyl groups in solution containing ZnO sol stabilized with ethanolamine was achieved by protecting the carboxyl groups with titania sol, and the SWCNT/TiO2/ZnO hybrid film exhibits enhanced electrical and thermal stability even at 350oC even though the functionalized SWCNTs are oxidized above 300oC. |
