High-yield production of hydroxyapatite by graphene oxide. |
초록 |
Hydroxyapatite (HA) is an inorganic substance in bone. It has been used for inducing bone repair because of excellent bioactivity and biocompatibility. Diverse researches have been progressed to synthesize HA. In this study, two-dimensional graphene oxide (GO) was combined with calcium ions by its negative charged functional groups such as carboxyl and hydroxy groups. In addition, through large surface area of GO, it is expected to synthesis of evenly nano HA and to obtain high-yield. |
