Phenothiazine-based Click Polymers on Performance of Dye-sensitized Solar Cells |

Phenothiazine-based click polymers were synthesized by CuI-catalysed 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reaction usually known as click chemistry. We used 3,7-diazide-10-hexylphenothaizine as common azide and 3,7- diethynyl -10-hexylphenothaizine, 2,7-diethynyl-9,9-diohexylfluorene as well as diethyl dipropargyl malonate as alkynes. The resulting polymers were thermally stable and having reasonable molecular weight with narrow polydispersity. We also compared the electro-optical properties of the polymers and their performances on dye-sensitized solar cells. The configuration of DSSCs was SnO2:F/TiO2/N719 dye/polymer electrolyte/Pt devices. |
