제목 Synthesis and characterization of carbazole-based copolymers for application in photovoltaic cells.
초록 Carbazole-based low-bandgap copolymers were synthesized and investigated for applications in polymer solar cells (PSCs). Synthetic approach involves the Suzuki copolymerization of a carbazole derivative and electron-deficient units such as 4,7-dibromo-2,1,3-benzoselenadiazole (SeBT), 5,5'-dibromo-2,2' -bithiazole (BiT) and 2,5-bis-(5-bromo-thiophen-2-yl)-thiazolo [5,4-d]thiazole (TZ). The UV-Vis absorption spectra of the polymers cover the visible range of 250~550nm. The detailed optical, electronic properties and PSCs device characterizations will be discussed in detail.
