제목 Improvement of thermal resistance of UV-curable acrylic  PSAs using siloxane crosslinking agent
초록 Pressure sensitive adhesive (PSAs) with high thermal stability were synthesized by crosslinking acrylic copolymer with siloxane crosslinking agent. The acrylic copolymer was synthesized as a base resin for PSAs by solution polymerization of 2-EHA, EA, and AA with AIBN as an initiator. The acryliccopolymer was further modified with GMA to have the vinyl groups available for UV curing. The siloxane crosslinking agent was synthesized by diphenylsilanediol and 2-acyloxyloxyethyl isocyanate.The adhesion performance of acrylic PSA was investigated by measuring peel strength, gel content, and dynamic mechanical analysis. The thermal properties of acrylic PSAs were evaluated by differential scanning calorimetry,thermogravimetricanalysis, and thermomechanical analysis.
