This study investigated effective surface functionalization and polymerization based on 2-chloro-3‘,4‘-dihydroxyacetophenone (CCDP) grafted poly[(2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate)-co- (2-(dimethylamino) ethyl methacrylate)]. We coated Si-wafer using CCPD of copolymer and carried out radical polymerization of NIPAAm and ring opening polymerization(ROP) of surface carprolactone by utilizing a functional group of copolymer’s hydroxyl of HEMA. We presented the antibacterial property by confirming the inhibition zone after substituting surface hydroxyl functional group to dopamine and forming Ag-NP on the surface using AgNO3. we confirmed that the Ag-NP immobilized by dopamine shows the great antibacterial effect in gram-positive bacteria and gram-negative bacteria. The immobilized surface property was confirmed through XPS, and FE-SEM, IR, contact angle. |
