제목 | High Strength and Heat Insulation Ternary Aluminum Alloy Modulus Frames for Building Blocks |
초록 | Aluminum alloy is promising building blocks for various module house such as safety house at emergency, official transport station, exhibition booth and even living house because of their superior corrosion resistance by passivation layer as alumina. Especially blow molding aluminium frame has revealed excellent heat insulation by forming inner voids that are occupied by air or filler. However most building was built using steel which has better strength than aluminium alloy. Thus aluminium alloy is limited to replace steel based building. In this study, we suggested new aluminium alloy having high strength and heat insulation by means of manganese and copper elements. Copper has added to increase a strength of aluminium alloy being steel alternative. While rigid aluminium extrusion is too hard that cause a low productivity. Therefore resistance of extrusion using stainless steel mold should be reduced. The manganese was added to aluminium-copper alloy for that. Dimensions, geometric shapes and processes defects of the final product frames have been optimized based on their hardness, tensile strength, heat insulation and corrosion resistance investigations. Moreover surface of modular frames were post-treated such a anodizing as well as painting to improve mechanical/chemical stabilities of surface.
