Bioimaging guided photothermal therapy by using BODIPY with IR825 integrated single fluorescence nano-platform |

We report that combine diagnostic fluorescence for bioimaging and therapeutic fluorescence for PTT within a single nano-platform can simultaneously and accurately diagnosis and ablated the tumor. The integrated pH with thermo-responsive PDMA-co-NIPAAm backbone carrier retains optical bioimaging from BODIPY where sufficient photothermal generation are ensuring from integrate IR825 within this same theranostic system. Using IR825-BOD/PDNS administered PTT agents, the time-dependent in vivo bioimaging demonstrated fluorescence stability that exactly suppressed the tumor growth after NIR irradiation. The ability of maximize tumor therapy and to monitor treatment condition, the reports fluorescence platform explores an appealing interest for the successful thermal ablation of tumor. |
