제목 Natural Bio Polymer Coating on BCP Surface to Evaluate the  Comparative Osteogenic Potential
초록 In this work, we fabricated BCP disk using uniaxial press machine, and sintered by microwave heating at 1300°C . Then BCP disk was coated with Gelatin, Collagen, Hyaluronic acid, Chondroitin sulphate and Bovine Serum Albumin. Coating morphology and performances were evaluated by SEM. Coating stability and dissolution behavior was observed with exposure to culture media and water uptake measurement. Phase characterizations of the coatings evaluate by were measured fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR). Cyto toxycity was carried out by MTT assay. Cell proliferation, ALP activity, Differentiation behavior, Western blot, RT-PCR was carried out to investigate the detail in vitro behavior using adipose derived stem cell. The coated BCP substrates should superior bio-compatibility compared to the bare BCP surface. The study elucidates a comparative analysing of the natural biopolymers as a stimulating agent for bone graft scaffold.
