제목 Chain length and amount effect of diamine linkers on the surface morphology of silver nanoparticles arrayed glass substrates
초록 Ag nanoparticles are widely used as active components in spectroscopic analysis. In this work, small size Ag nanoparticles (25nm) have been prepared by citrate reduction method and arrayed on the amino-functionalized glass slide with the help of diamines. The bi-functional diamine induced the lateral immobilization of neighboring nanoparticles so that they could be ordered packed over the glass. The chain length and the amount of the diamine had great effect on the packing density and surface morphology (2D or 3D array) for their different binding force on Ag nanoparticles. This work was aimed at choosing the optimum conditions of chain length and amount of diamine to get the uniform and densely packed Ag nanoparticles arrayed glass substrates for bio-sensing applications.
