제목 Peptide Synthesis on Polyethylene glycol grafted Polystyrene Resins for Biomolecule Binding Study
초록 Peptides can be considered as a part of biomolecule binding proteins such as antibodies, lectins, and so on. Solid Phase Peptide Synthesis (SPPS) method can be utilized for the generation of a large quantity of library. To identify peptide sequence on solid support, the peptide should be released from the resin. Here we tried to synthesize peptides on solid supports for efficient identifying the peptide sequence to bind biomolecules. The specific peptide sequences were synthesized and then the peptide sequences of the beads were analyzed by MALDI-TOF MS after photolysis. In the future, this method will be used to determine unknown peptide sequences binding specific biomolecules.
