Fabrication of CdSe nanorod Array on a Substrate by Using Block Copolymer Template |
| 초록 |
We fabricated CdSe nanorod array onto ITO by electrodeposition inside nanoporous template based on polystyrene-b-poly(methyl methacrylate) copolymer thin film. Cd and Se sources in solution were first immersed into the nanoholes and reacted with each other inside the nanoholes by electrochemical deposition. Then, block copolymer templates were removed by burning at high temperatures, generating CdSe nnaorod array. ThisCdSe nanorod array was characterized by UV-Vis absorption, photoluminescence, XPS, and XRD. |
