In vitro Study of Poly(Ethylene imine) conjugated Carboxymethylation Chitosan as an Gene Delivery Carrier |

In this study, we conjugated Carboxymethylation Chitosan(CMCh) and with high gene expression efficiency Poly(Ethylene imine)(MW 2,000)(PEI2K), whether it was possible the application of gene delivery. The physicochemical characterisitc of CMCh-PEI2K was investigated by FT-IR, 1H-NMR. Particle size distribution and zeta potential of the CMCh-PEI2K was determined using dynamic light scattering technique. According the MTT assay of the CMCh-PEI2K cytoxicity were measured. Gel electrophoresis of the CMCh-PEI2K was confirmed that complex the DNA. |
