제목 Cell patterning on Cell-Repellent Pluronic Films by Ion Irradiation
초록 In this study, a facile method for the control of cell adhesion on a polymer surface using a two-step ion irradiation process was described. A Pluronic film was formed on a whole polymer surface by the first ion irradiation at a low fluence. Afterward, the irradiated film was again irradiated through a patterned mask at a higher fluence for additional surface modification. Cells were adhered onto only those regions that were irradiated twice, and the micropatterns of the cells were formed clearly. The cell-repellent Pluronic surface changed into a cell-adhesive one due to the formation of crosslinked networks and hydrophilic functional groups by the additional ion irradiation.
