Properties of chitosan-chondroitin sulfate poly electrolyte complexes |
| 초록 |
Fully deacetylated chitosan is contacted in solution with chondroitin sulfates, pure polyelctrolyte complexes are formed. pH and conductometric measurements allow us to demonstrate that strong electrostatic interactions take place between the functions of chitosan and the and/or the groups of the two other GAG's studied. These complexes are formed even in acidic media and then, are quite stable whatever the pH. |
