제목 Antioxidative Activity and separationof extracts from leaves of Rhus chinensis
초록 Dried and grinded leaves ofRhus chinensis was extractedwithmethanol at room temperature for 7 days.The obtained organic phase was evaporated at reduced pressure. It was then dissolved in water and partitioned successvely with n-hexane, ethyl ether, ethyl acetate and BuOH. The ethyl acetate fraction was fractionated by using repeated column chromatography and it gaverise Quercitrin and Myricitrin. Structure of thesetwo compounds was confirmed through Mass spectroscopy and extensive NMR (1 H, 13C and 2D NMR) studies . In murine cells(RAW 264.7 cells), processed by Lipopolysaccharide, these two natural compounds inhibited the creation of NO and PGE2 that would cause over expression of COX-2 and i NOS.
