In this study, we describe the synthesis of t-boc dityrosine from L-tyrosine and PEGMA(Polyethylene methacrylate) connected with t-boc dityrosine. T-boc dityrosine and PEGMA-t-boc dityrosine were further purified by column chromatography and demonstrated with HPLC, LC-mass, Maldi-toff and NMR spectroscopy. PEGMA-t-boc dityrosine and then copolymerized with PEGDA(Polyethylene diacrylate) to form hydrogels. Synthesis of PEGMA-T-boc dityrosine with PEGDA hydrogels by photopolymerization having new fluorescent hydrogels for biosensor. |
