제목 Synthesis and Near-Infrared Luminescence Properties of Porphyrin-Erbium(III) Complexes for Optical Amplification
초록 Near-infrared (NIR) luminescent erbium(III) complexes have been prepared with porphyrin sensitizers (Pzn-G1-2, Pzn-G2-16), having different number of carboxyl groups on surface of dendritic wedge. Highly purified porphyrin-erbium complexes could be obtained by size exclusion column chromatography (SEC). All the complexes were fully characterized by using FT-IR, 1H-NMR, UV-Vis absorption and fluorescence spectroscopies and NIR emission was obtained in THF solution state. The 1.54 μm emission of erbium ion upon 442 nm argon laser excitation was remarkably enhanced, as a result of efficient energy transfer process from porphyrin dye to erbium ion. Here, we report the luminescence properties of porphyrin-erbium complexes and its potential application for high-efficient optical amplifier device.
