| 제목 | Preparationand Application of Fmoc-Photocleavable linker |
| 초록 | Photocleavable linkers are very useful in solid-phase peptide synthesis and on-bead bioassays, but they haven’t been widely used because most of them are difficult to synthesize and not commercially available now. In this presentation, new Fmoc-protected photocleavable linker was prepared in good yields with short reaction steps, without any column chromatography works. And we also characterized its properties, and applied it to solid-phase peptide synthesis. |
