In this study, the effect of crystal phase of electrode on electrocatalytic 5-Hydroxymethylfurfural (HMF) conversion in aqueous solution. Here, we proposed to utilize three-dimensional porous copper foam as conductive substrate and copper source. We examined charge transfer resistance, which can explain fast electron transfer rate on those two electrode during electrochemical HMF oxidation. |
