제목 Effect of Sustained Release Formulations on Loxoprofen Sodium from Kind of Various Polymer and Comparison Dissolution Rate
초록 Loxoprofen(LP) is one of the propionic acid classes of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug with analgesic and antipyretic effects. LP is a powerful analgesic and chronic rheumatism, degenerative arthritis. It was prepared for sustained-release of LP by physical mix method. Physical mix tablet was formulated by using the various polymers. Physicochemical variation and shape of LP and polymers were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) and Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR). The in vitro test behavior of physical mix was presented in intestinal juice (pH 6.8). This study suggest that added polymers affect the sustained-release formulation system of LP.
